Electric jam and jelly maker

This convenient, automatic electric cooker makes small batches of jam and jelly in less than 30 minutes using fresh-picked or frozen fruit. Make simple spreads or craft creative combinations using blueberries, peaches, strawberries, and other fruits — even peppers! — along with pectin and sugar. You can also make reduced-sugar jams, as well as preserves, applesauce, and tomato sauce.

Forget standing over a hot stove stirring and stirring, wondering if the jam or jelly is ready. This cooker automatically stirs the mixture as it cooks, preventing scorching. A beep alerts you when the cooking process is complete. Each batch make ±4 cups (950mL) and will fill approximately four 8 oz. jars.
