Salt, Garlic Powder, Spice, Paprika, Mustard, Not More Than 2% Silicon Dioxide Added To Prevent Caking.
Instructions:
- Grind a mixture containing at least 20% pork or pork fat.
- Dissolve seasoning in water. Mix thoroughly with meat.
- Stuff into a natural hog or collagen casings and twist casings to desired length.
Finished product can be smoked, broiled or grilled.
