Grant has been a leading manufacturer and supplier of sous-vide immersion circulators in the UK. Their Vortice circulator generates 1400 watts of heating power and provides a temperature stability of ±0.1°C in vessels up to 50L.
It comes with a removable stainless steel protective cage to prevent vacuum pouches from touching the heating coil, pump and the float. A back-mounted clamp alows for attaching the unit onto any vessel or cooking pot quickly and easily.
A programable timer between 1 and 6000 minutes with audible alarm allows for easy monitoring of the remaining cooking time. Display is in °C only.
