Cellulose casings are non- edible. They are used to make skinless sausage. Stuff the casing as normal, cook and remove casing immediately after cooling. Enjoy or freeze!
Strand is 84ft long and good for ±26 lbs of meat. Maximum cooking temperature of 82°C (180°F).
During the Canada Post strike, on-line orders with residential delivery addresses will be shipped using common ground carriers such as Purolator, UPS or Canpar.
