This tester lets you quickly assess the level of thermal oxidation of your frying oil by displaying the % of total polar compounds. The higher the %, the more degraded the oil is.

3 LEDs of different colors give a clear, visual assessment of the oxidation state:

0-15 % (green led) = low

16-23 % (yellow led) = used but acceptable

24 % and more (red led) = oil unsuitable for consumption
