Laboratory sieves kit, used

From our kitchen/lab, a kit of 3 SS laboratory sieves with a collecting pan and lid.

Sieves are the following gauges:

-1 X mesh# 200 (75µm), To clarify butter or make consommés

-1 X mesh# 50 (300µm), For velvety purees

-1 X mesh# 20 (850µm), For mashed potatoes or pre-clarification

We used them about 20 times so they look used but in great condition.
