The CREA-series are designed to automatically produce gelato, sorbet, ice cream and even frozen yogurt in about 12-15 minutes because of a special software designed by NEMOX. The software features 4 production programs with the following results:
–Gelato Classico: for full-bodied intense flavor
–Semi-Soft Ice Cream: that can be shaped into molds
–Granita: with ice crystals clearly defined
–Shock Freezing: quickly freezes any hot liquids from 80°C to 10°C in ±8 minutes
For each program, it is possible to select up to 4 storage programs after the production cycles. The software manages the density of the ice cream and automatically starts the selected storage program to maintain the product’s density.
They feature a fixed SS bowl and is equipped with a drain for easy cleaning. Machine housings is all SS. The blender motor is provided with an automatic reset thermostat. Safety Interlock stops stirrer paddle, when Lid is opened. Refrigerant is CFC free and power is 120V/60Hz – single phase current, works in any regular 15A outlet.
