The Idea 41 is very similar to the new Idea 40 but with a higher capacity vacuum pump. It is also equipped with a inert gas injection port to do modified atmosphere packaging.

The digital control panel is designed to be intuitive in every operation with 10 different programs allowing you to adjust the vacuum and sealing levels. Recommended for small restaurants or bars that work with single servings. All SS construction and with a clear bubbled plastic lid.
