Ingredients:
Salt, Spices, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Spice Extractives With Antioxidants. BHA (.09%), BTH (.09%), Citric Acid (.09%).
Instructions:
- Grind a mixture containing at least 20% pork or pork fat.
- Dissolve seasoning in water. Mix thoroughly with meat.
- Stuff into a natural hog or collagen casings and twist casings to desired length.
Finished product can be smoked, broiled or grilled.
