Sweet Italian Sausage Spice Blend, for 5lbs (2.2Kg) of meat

Ingredients:

Salt, Spices, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Spice Extractives With Antioxidants. BHA (.09%), BTH (.09%), Citric Acid (.09%).

Instructions:

• Grind a mixture containing at least 20% pork or pork fat.
• Dissolve seasoning in water. Mix thoroughly with meat.
• Stuff into a natural hog or collagen casings and twist casings to desired length.

Finished product can be smoked, broiled or grilled.
