Internal data logger capture the minimum and maximum temperatures every hour for 24 hours.
The fast-response probe supplied with the unit displays even the slightest temperature change instantly. Universal, stainless-steel probe is triple purpose for liquid, air/gas, and semi-solids. Probe diameter is 1⁄8”, stem length is 6” and a cable length of 60”.
