We offer two speciality charcoals that are sustainably made and with long burn time, Shirozumi Eucalyptus and Ogatan. Both product no flame and very little smoke.
The Shirozumi Eucalyptus charcoal is made using the same techniques as the legendary Binchotan, but fast-growing Eucalyptus wood makes it very sustainable and affordable. Less dense than binchotan, it is somewhat easier to light and burns intensely for a long time.
