Transglutaminase GS, Powder for Texture, 1Kg

Transglutaminase GS is a white flavorless powder that’s an enzyme, used to bind different types of protein together. The GS version is used to bind larger cuts of protein together. Water must be added to make a slurry before using. It should not sprinkled as a powder.

Ingredients: transglutaminase, maltodextrin, sodium chloride, gelatin, trisodium phosphate, sunflower oil.

Dosage: 0.5 to 1%
