UNOX series LineMicro™ Compact Convection Oven, 3 X 1/2 sheet pan capacity

The LineMicro™ series of ovens offer excellent quality and uniformity in baking. The ovens are designed to support the easy processes of pastry and baking, and to meet the needs of browning of frozen products and baked goods.

Simple to use with manual controls of temperature setting and timer up to 60 minutes. Two models to choose from for either 3 X ¼ size sheet pans or 3 X ½ size sheet pans. Each has 2.5” space between shelves.

Power is 120V/60Hz single phase current, works in any regular 15A outlet with a total wattage of 1450W.
