We are suppliers of tools and equipment for food processing, packaging and preservation as well as a complete range of instruments for quality control and food safety.
We have a fully equipped show room for product demonstration and for professional classes given by our chef. A retail area is also set up in the show room for direct sale to walk in customers. We also have a repair facility set up as we repair every products that we sell. We are the official Canadian repair center for the manufacturers that we represent.
Prices are in Canadian funds (CAD) and subject to change without notice. We have no minimum order
Payments for on-line orders made on our website are processed through a third-party secure payment platform called “Stripe”. Most Canadian credit cards are accepted and no credit card information in kept on our own servers. We do not accept international credit card, only cards issued from Canadian banks.
You can also place orders by phone and pay by either VISA or Mastercard. We also offer Net 30 days payment terms with prior credit verification.
On-line orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited to residential addresses and Purolator Courrier or other carriers for commercial addresses. For stock items, delivery will take anywhere between 2 – 6 days depending on your location. For rush shipments or an actual freight quote, please contact us.
At the time of shipment, you will receive an email with the shipment’s tracking # and a link to the carrier’s website so you can track the status.
We offer free shipping for orders placed on-line with a value above $150.00 before taxes and only on qualified items. Products that are too heavy, fragile and bulky cannot be ordered on-line. Simply contact us to order such items.
For on-line orders with a pre-tax value below $150.00, here are the applicable freight charges based on the pre-tax value:

All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service department. Contact us to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be returned to us pre-paid in original condition. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
