Fresh collagen casing, 32mm dia, 70ft

A popular size for making italian, chorizo and bockwurst sausages. Casing is totally edible. Packed on 2 strands for a total length of 70ft good for ±33 lbs (15 Kg) of meat.

>Preparation:

No soaking needed. Use right out of the package. The open end of the collagen strand goes onto the stuffing tube.

>Cooking Methods:

-Fresh edible collagen can be broiled, grilled or fried. It cannot be boiled or smoked

>Storage Method:

Can be stored in a dry and cool location between 1-2 years in their original packaging.
