This compact display uses special double walled 1.5L insulated bowls that are lined with a special liquid refrigerant. Simply pre-freeze the bowls for about 8-12 hours then add your ice cream or gelato and the bowls will maintain a temperature if ±-12°C for a period a about 2 hours.
Great for catering services and on buffet tables. Can also be used for chilling fruits, hors d’oeuvres, vegetables, cheeses, etc.
Comes complete with three 1.5 L containers, three ice cream spatulas, three spatula holders, 304 stainless steel supporting frame and drip tray.
