Clear collagen casing, 26mm dia, 150ft

A popular size for making hot dogs and weiners. Casing is totally edible. Packed on 3 strands for a total lenght of 150ft good for ±48 lbs (22 Kg) of meat.

>Preparation:

No soaking needed. Use right out of the package. The open end of the collagen strand goes onto the stuffing tube.

>Cooking Methods:

-Processed edible collagen (clear & smoked) can be broiled, grilled and strong enough to go into a smoker. Boiling is not recommended.

>Storage Method:

Can be stored in a dry and cool location between 1-2 years in their original packaging.
