Payment terms are Net 30 days with established credit. We also accept payment by VISA and Mastercard. Transactions made on-line using our secure website are processed also with VISA and Mastercard.
We use Canada Post to ship to residential addresses and Purolator and other carriers for commercial addresses. Freight charges are extra and delivery will take anywhere between 2 – 6 days depending on your location. For rush shipments or an actual freight quote, please contact us.

All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service department. Contact us to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be returned to us pre-paid in original condition. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
